Fidget lives in the lives of the shade of forest toad stool and can easily be seen at the drop of autumns first leaf.

Fairies are a big part of Irish folklore.
The ancient Irish buried their dead above ground and put dirt over the buried. Eventually the grass grew over the mound and hung over in mushroom shape.
The people felt the spirit of the underworld came out of these burial areas. Thus began the stories of unexplainable events that the little people created. Stories grew of leprechauns, little people, fairies, brownies to name just a few.
This whimsy and folklore was very much a part of the history of the Irish.
